My clients are a leading independent property consultancy in the UK we are looking for a TEMP PA to start on the 3rd Feb to cover for 4 -6 weeks. (there is the potential of a permanent role)
Supported by the Head of Events, Hospitality and Charity, the Senior Executive will provide overall support and will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of a wide range of events and charity related activities.
Responsibilities
General
Support the Head of Events, Hospitality and Charity in the running, management and implementation of a range of events
Build strong relationships within the business and support them in the production, running and management of events and charity related activities
Manage, update and create the necessary information to support events
Monitoring, administration and updating all charity connections
Contributing to social media activity for relevant events and charity activities
Events
Support the business with the implementation of internal and private client related events, such as the Wealth Report London Launch, Global Residential Conference, Residential and Commercial Conferences, Chelsea Flower Show, Badminton and charity events such as the biennial Day of Giving, corporate and local charity fairs and concerts
Managing Event budgets
Administrative Support
General office and team administration
Answering phones promptly and taking accurate and clear messages
Arranging and booking appropriate venue viewings, event and charity meetings
Attending meetings and taking notes where necessary
Administration of events, records of contracts, budgeting etc.
Researching future venues and updating the Venue Deck
Professional experience and personal skills profile
Experience and an interest in event planning
Administrative experience in organising internal, corporate client and charity events
Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office software, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to successfully work across a number of projects at one time
Writing skills with an active interest and understanding of business
