EA - Luxury Retail & Leisure

We have an amazing EA role on working for a boutique Executive Search firm. This is supporting a Partner who looks after the Retail, Leisure and Consumer practice. The partner is incredibly busy therefore we need an EA who is on the ball and proactive. 

Ideally you will have EA experience in Search however experience in Retail, Leisure and Consumer is advantageous. You will have solid EA experience, be bright, intelligent, dynamic and be able to juggle several projects at any one time. 

EA duties will include:

• Overseeing the smooth running of the search process
• Acting as a point of contact for candidates and clients 
• Prepare all administrative requirements for searches including profiles, CV's, terms and conditions, presentations etc 
• Extensive diary management 
• Extensive travel organisation and preparation of itineraries 
• Organising accommodation 
• Processing invoices 
• Organising candidate interviews 
• Prepare client reports 
• Raise expense invoices 
• Create new mailing lists 
• Marketing 
• Coordinate events 
• Prepare event information 
• Assisting with business development
• Ad hoc projects
