General Administration based in Blackpool

Your new company
A brilliant opportunity has become available on a 6 month contract based in Blackpool. This opportunity is based within a large and well known company.

Your new role
On a day to day basis you will be assisting with the general office administration duties such as document filing, scanning and organising. This role will also involve the processing, updating and adding to spreadsheets and the database. You will also be involved within receptionist duties such as customer service and enquiries, handling calls and managing the switchboard.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be required to have a minimum of 12 months experience and skills within general administration and data input. You will have excellent customer service skills and able to manage the calls.

What you'll get in return
This role is a 6 month contract with a potential to expand at a 6 month contract review. The working hours will be 9am - 5pm with flexible working hours.
