Temp Team Coordinator - Amazing Ads agency

Our creative advertising agency based in central London are looking for Temp Team Coordinators to join them immediately! You will work as part of a fantastic, busy and buzzing team looking for administrative support and help with light PA duties. They are looking for a calm, composed yet enthusiastic person to come and jump straight in on an ongoing basis. The role will vary on a day to day basis from; meeting management, ordering refreshments / catering, cover Reception if asked, photocopying and faxing, organising holiday cover, dealing with event logistics and helping with day to day admin in the team. You will ideally have worked a creative agency previously and be looking for short term temp bookings in a team coordinator capacity!

The Team Co-ordinator is there to provide support to the rest of your team when workload allows.
