Studio Assistant - Fabulous Interior Design

We’re currently looking for a bright and polished Studio Assistant for a fabulous Luxury Interior Design company based in South West London. You will be really client-facing and interact with lots of VIPs, as well as supporting with the management of the Studio.

As Studio Assistant, you will muck in across the board with calendar management, stock ordering, assisting with marketing content and helping to improve procedures across the studio. You will assist customers both logistically and creatively, by being the go-to person for enquiries and managing corresponding admin. You will help to put together proposals, process quotations and data entry duties. You’ll interact heavily with the Head Office and use your initiative to ensure smooth-running processes.

Personality is key for this role! You must be well presented, super proactive and great at multitasking. You must be really organised and be eager to use your organisation skills to help your work. You must be great under pressure and have impeccable communication skills. Experience within luxury retail is essential!
