Our client are a Market Research company based in the West End. They are looking for a Front of House Receptionist to join their team on a part time basis.

This role is to provide high end seamless support to employees and all visitors to the company.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering the phone, transferring calls and dealing with faxes
  • Meeting and greeting all visitors to the company in a professional manner
  • Opening and closing the front-desk reception area and switchboard daily
  • Ensuring the lobby, kitchen and conference rooms are kept neat and tidy and all times
  • Maintaining mail room and office supplies
  • Issuing temporary security cards and maintaining inventory
  • Creating new hire set up
  • Dealing with daily post and courier requirements
  • Assisting the corporate services team with any tasks and providing support when the Senior Office Coordinator is not in the office

They’re looking for someone approachable, reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor. You must have previous reception experience in a corporate environment and be happy to help out with other team tasks.

Requirements:

  • This position is to start as soon as possible so you must be available immediately
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to react quickly in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work to a structured schedule
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Previous corporate reception experience
  • The working days will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
