Hostess / Front-of-House - Luxury Watch Salon

Our client is seeking an experienced and professional individual with previous hospitality experience to join one of the World’s premier luxury brands within their flagship store.

As Host / Hostess you will ensure all guests receive professional, refined and elegant care in all interactions as well as in the presentation and service of food and beverages.

The position requires an enthusiastic, motivated and service driven professional, willing to create an outstanding experience to the customer.

The Role:

•    Preparation and service of tea, coffee, and cold refreshments

•    To ensure that all guests receive professional, refined and elegant care

•    Assist the Sales consultants during the customer appointments

•    To work closely with the team to establish and resolve problems

•    To ensure all requests are dealt with in a secure and timely fashion

•    Run errands and take on any request to ensure the store is running efficiently

•    Monitor and replenish stock

•    To keep the store tidy at all times

The Candidate:

•    Available to start mid-July.

•    Immaculate personal appearance and well presented.

•    Fluent English is essential.

•    Significant experience in hospitality roles.

•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•    Good attention to detail.

•    Initiative and ability to work independently.

•    Excellent organisational skills.

•    Legally permitted to work in the UK (a CRB check will be conducted).

•    Applicants must be able to provide checkable references.

Store Opening Hours: 10am – 6pm Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 8:45am – 6/6:30 (depending on clients overstaying)

5 days a week. Sunday off + one random day during the week (at least one Saturday off a month).
