A leading global trading company is currently looking for a strong interpersonal PA with a immaculate presentation to join their team based in the City of London. This PA role is to solely provide a high level of assistance to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and the Risk Management Team to enable them to effectively operate within their busy department day to day.

Duties will include;

• Pro-active inbox management and diary management
• Administration and operational support to the CRO and Risk Management team
• Arranging large complexed meetings and conference calls with the external parties
• Travel arrangements and related logistics such as expenses
• Scheduling Member meetings for to CRO and Head of Risk along with preparing draft agendas and presentations

Key Skills;

• High attention to detail
• Minute taking experience would be beneficial
• Ability to exercise complete discretion when dealing with matters of a highly confidential nature
• Outstanding organisational, multi-tasking and prioritisation abilities
• Previous experience with 1 to 1 support along with supporting a large team or equivalent.
