Our Global law Firm client is looking to hire a new part-time 1st/2nd Line IT Technician provide support and excellent customer service to the firms internal users, they need someone to work Thursday and Friday. The main duties of this role are being the first point of contact for all IT-related support for the firm; ensuring that each support call is dealt with promptly, efficiently and professionally; providing remote (eg. telephone) technical support to the firm's internal users of computer applications and hardware; maintaining a troubleshooting tracking log (on the call logging system), ensuring timely resolution of problems; ensuring that emergency and high priority calls that cannot be resolved by first line support staff are escalated in accordance with the agreed procedures; ensuring that service levels are maintained; ensuring that customers are kept aware of progress on their issues. Candidates must have previous 1st/2nd line IT support experience, great troubleshooting skills and excellent communication skills.  The hours for this role will be between 9.30am and 5:30pm.
