Superstar Executive Assistant to Chairman & CEO of US based Investment Management Co

My client is an American international investment management company headquartered in Massachusetts that owns stakes in a number of boutique asset management, hedge fund and specialist private equity firms. As of March 31, 2017, my client's aggregate assets under management were approximately $754 billion.

We seek a superstar Executive Assistant who has at least 5years experience in a similar role from a boutique financial services business such as a hedge fund or a private equity firm able to work in both London and on occasion the US.

Based in W1, This 24/7role will also require a fair amount of travel particularly to Florida for significant periods of time, therefore we require candidates who have complete flexibility.

Key tasks:

• Extensive diary and travel management
• Liaison with external contacts and professional advisers
• Managing board papers and events
• Assist in managing the CEO's office
• Liaising with key colleagues
• Expenses and other administrative duties
• Providing personal assistance such as personal travel

Person specification:

• Warm, engaging, excellent telephone manner and professional at all times
• Extremely well presented and polished
• Plenty of experience in looking after UHNWI
• Complete self-starter who needs little oversight and can manage deadlines 
• Very much a team player
• Credibility and integrity and excellent judgement
• Flexible and able to travel for long periods at often short notice
• Plenty of emotional intelligence and resilience
• Culturally aware and a global outlook
• Expert proficiency across the full MS suite of office applications
• Degree educated
