They are seeking an experienced HR & Training Administrator to join their friendly and professional HR team. Based within iconic City offices and providing HR Generalist advice and guidance to the London and International offices this is a highly visible and involved role.

THE COMPANY:

They are seeking an experienced HR & Training Administrator to join their friendly and professional HR team. Based within iconic City offices and providing HR Generalist advice and guidance to the London and International offices this is a highly visible and involved role.
THE ROLE:
- Ensuring accurate maintenance of personnel record files
- Assisting with probation process administration
- Preparing monthly headcount reports
- Assisting with leaver administration and arranging exit interviews
- Providing references for past employees, sending and monitoring receipt of reference requests
- Document notes from weekly HR meetings
- Assisting with annual appraisal process
- Prepare personnel files for new starters
- Maintain individual and Company training plans and records
- Assist with sourcing and booking training courses
- Processing invoices for recruitment, benefits and training
- Maintain ‘right to work’ documentation and provide annual audits
- Collate accurate job specifications and requisition forms
- Book study materials, examinations and revision course for professional exams
- Ensure staff details are kept up to date on the Company intranet
- Arrange interviews and process offer letters, contracts and new joiner documentation
- Arrange full induction programmes for all new joiners
- Assist with updating and maintaining the ‘Rewardwise’ flexible benefits system
- Assist with any monthly payslip queries and assist with the collation of monthly payroll admin for submission
- Management of the HR system ensuring admin processes are kept up to date
- Carry out other general HR & Training related duties as requested
THE PERSON:
- Previous HR administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload and stick to deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Must have a desire and be committed to pursuing a career within HR
- Ability to produce accurate and compliant documentation
