Corporate PA family office/Part Time

Private family office based in Belgravia needs a part time Private (ideally from a corporate background) PA to support the Principal and his wife. Based in the family office (behind the main house) the role will require someone who can deal with complex domestic arrangements for the family - household/travel/schools but the main part of the role is working alongside the Principal to coordinate the portfolio for the family as well as deal with the bookkeeping and prepare financial information for the accountant. This role will require a candidate who has good experience at senior level possibly within financial services or in a boutique family office and can work fast and accurately under pressure.

The ideal Private PA should have excellent written and communication skills and immaculate presentation as well as be a born organiser. The day to day work will be in English so mother tongue  would be preferable but as there is liaison with French/Spanish household staff so languages are a plus but not essential. If you are a professional senior level PA who has excellent IT skills and are a self-starter with bags of initiative this is a great role. You must be happy working sometimes on your own and have meticulous attention to detail as you will make payments and many transactions on behalf of the Principal. You will need to be highly organised and used to working for someone who has high standards and expects 100%. As a part time PA you will work for four hours over five days probably 9.30-1.30pm is ideal and you must be able to commit to these hours.
