Finance Administrator

My client is a Global Financial Services organisation who is looking for an exceptional 'Accounts Assistant' to support the Accounts Manager in their stunning offices based in the heart of The City.

This 12-month maternity cover FTC role offers a salary of between £23K-28K per annum plus incredible benefits and an ASAP start.

This position will suit someone with a warm & friendly personality who enjoys being around hardworking & personable people with a real passion for numbers!

Job Specification:

- Invoices 

- Chasing credit card reconciliations 

- Analysing and posting expenses 

- Communicating with external suppliers

- All finance filing

- Account maintenance 

- Report running 

- Ad-hoc admin to other teams

- Being the go-to of the finance team

  Person Specification:

- Bubbly, confident with an interest in the financial field.

- 2 years + administrative experience, preferably within an accounts/finance based role.

- Educated to A-Levels is essential.

- Confident with maths and Advanced Microsoft Office skills in particular in Excel 

-Experience using SAGE is a bonus
