Temporary Receptionist needed for 3 months at a leading Law firm based in the heart of London

Your new company
A leading Legal firm based in the City are looking for a corporate Receptionist to join their head office on a temporary basis. Having been to these offices myself they looked like a great place to work, all employees were extremely friendly and welcoming while maintaining a professional attitude at all times.

Your new role
You will be based on their reception with another receptionist, you two will be managing the switchboard and the company e-mail address forwarding calls and e-mails to the relevant individual. You will be the first point of contact within the business so a good first impression is key. There is a number of meeting rooms that will be managing the meeting rooms, ensuring they are kept tidy at all times and the necessary catering is provided. You will also be required to carry out various ad hoc duties.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous expereince as a receptionist is desirable and experience working within the professional services is an added bonus. They are looking for a confident, friendly and professional individual that is will go the extra mile to ensure all visitors are made welcome at their firm. You will need experience using outlook and managing meeting rooms previously. You will be required to communicate with high level individuals within the business so good communication skills will be required.
