RECEPTION TEAM LEADER REQUIRED FOR GLOBAL INVESTMENT FIRM

What will you be doing every day?

  • Managing Front of House and a team of three Receptionists
  • Ensuring your team deliver a world-class and seamless customer service to all visitors
  • Creating a roster which provides adequate cover for any unplanned absences
  • Develop a training program to ensure consistent standards of performance
  • Step into the role and provide cover as and when required
  • Resolve any scheduling conflicts with the meeting rooms
  • Pro-actively monitor the meeting rooms and devise a system to ensure that the space is utilised accordingly
