What will you be doing every day?

• Managing Front of House and a team of three Receptionists
• Ensuring your team deliver a world-class and seamless customer service to all visitors
• Creating a roster which provides adequate cover for any unplanned absences
• Develop a training program to ensure consistent standards of performance
• Step into the role and provide cover as and when required
• Resolve any scheduling conflicts with the meeting rooms
• Pro-actively monitor the meeting rooms and devise a system to ensure that the space is utilised accordingly

• Someone who is efficient, proactive and has a high attention to detail
• Exceptional people management skills
• Brilliant and effective communicator
• Personable
• Unflappable under pressure
• Immaculately presented
• Demonstrate longevity within previous roles
• Experience of working on Front of House would be desirable
• Financial services experience highly desired

• The hours are 9am - 6pm but the team do shifts from 8am - 7pm so you need to be prepared to be on call in case of illness
