Matchstick are currently recruiting for a well known luxury brand based in Kensington/Mayfair. The role is an After Sales Administrator and is a temporary role estimated to be 1 year plus.
The role is located at their store based office and you will work 5 days per week, including two Saturdays per month.
Looking after the after-sales customer service support with HNWIs (via email, phone and some face-to-face)- essential to be articulate, helpful, polite and friendly!
Excellent IT skills required and SAP knowledge would be a bonus.
