£20,000 - £22,000 - Customer Service Agent - Brentford - 6 month contract

An exciting opportunity has arisen working for a well known retail organisation in the Brentford area for an experienced, professional Customer Service Agent to work in a 6 month contract position, which is highly likely to be extended or made permanent.


Your new role

Your new position will involve taking inbound calls, answering queries and complaints relating to a variety of subjects ranging from products, the website, events to system issues. You will advise customers in a calm, professional manner about the products and services whilst helping them navigate on the new website. This position will be a 6 month position to start immediately so candidates are required to be immediately available.

There are shift patterns and the customer service team is open 7 days a week but standard hours during the week are from 8-4.30, 9-5.30 or 9.30-6pm. Occasional weekend work is involved, roughly 2-4 weekends although this may reduce, if you work the weekend you will have time off in lieu.


What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful you must have 6 months minimum experience in office based customer service experience, ideally in a customer service team or contact centre environment. Candidates must be immediately available to interview and have no immediate holidays booked.


What you'll get in return

In return you will be offered a competitive salary of between £20,000 - £22,000 depending on experience (pro rata for the six months), a 6 month minimum contract and 50% discount on products, 25% discount on the organisation's restaurant as well as a generous annual leave of 23 days plus bank holidays (pro rata for 6 months).
