Expanding Accountancy firm with offices in St Albans require a Secretary to support their valued membership and Charity clients. Excellent meeting planning and management skills are required together with the ability to handle both planned and ad hoc work to support the needs of the business. Working as part of a small team, you will be expected to be able to work on your own initiative and to liaise directly with clients and third party suppliers. The ability to plan your own workload effectively and deliver to deadlines under time pressure is essential. Core duties will include: -Meeting planning and management (including attendance / minute taking) -Providing effective support to a board (including election management and managing all aspects of compliance with clients memorandum & articles) -Client/Customer service experience -Project & Contract management skills
Ideal candidate must have the following skills and experience:
·Experience of meeting planning and management
·Experience of working in a client services environment with direct client contact
·Demonstrate experience of delivering to deadlines under time pressure
·Excellent office administration skills gained from a client focused environment
·Experience of working with membership organisations or charity
·Effective support to a board
·Contract management experience
·Demonstrable ability of project management
