Global finance company based in the west end seeking EA to support at board level. This is a very unique opportunity for an experienced individual to get their start within an award-winning company.

What would I be doing day to day?

This role will be 1:2 support at board level in addition to managing a small team of administrators. This individual will also plana and organise departmental cover, managing reruitment processes as required and own and develop administration practices.

What is the company looking for?

This individual will have experience supporting at board level and will have previously acted as the linchpin for a team. This person will ideally have managed a team of support staff and have the ability to have effective communication with these individuals to ensure the department is running smoothly.
