Team Leader - Unsecured Arrears (Central Manchester)

A ‘Big Four’ Financial Services firm is seeking a Team Leader, to join an Unsecured Arrears project, based in Central Manchester.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a central point of contact; managing multiple priorities and supervising production and quality levels.
• You will need to meet targets, report feedback and provide consistent overall support to the team. 
• Manage the work stream to achieve client objectives.
• A quality focused, detail-oriented and collaborative approach, is key to the successful delivery of the project.
• Produce reports and liaise with senior managers.

Requirements:

• Team leader experience within Financial Services.
• Proactive attitude.
• Passion for customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• IT and database proficiency.

This is a full time contract until December 2017 (scope for extension), based in Central Manchester.
