Outcome Testers - Unsecured Arrears

One of the 'Big Four’ Financial Services firms managing an Unsecured Arrears project, on behalf of a Bank, is seeking Outcome Testers to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake outcomes testing; assessing existing frameworks for the service provided to customers, in default or arrears difficulties.
• Liaise with customers via verbal and written correspondence.
• Utilise in-house systems, providing a clear audit trail.
• Produce reports and provide feedback to senior managers.
• Recommend improvements for policy and quality control methods.
• Identify areas of risk, and escalate, as appropriate.

Requirements:

• 1 - 2 years Case Handler experience within a Financial Services environment, focused on the review of investment products, unsecured loans, packaged bank accounts or general banking complaints.
• Technical background with working knowledge of unsecured arrears, is desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages
• Ability to work within a deadline driven environment

This is a full time contract until December 2017 (scope for extension), based in Central Manchester.
