My client, a boutique financial advisory firm based in the city, are looking for a switched-on Office Administrator.

You'll be providing admin support to the team of 6, with duties including:

*Meeting and greeting clients
*Answering incoming calls
*Preparing refreshments for internal meetings
*Maintaining and ordering office stock and supplies
*Opening and scanning incoming post
*Data input into internal databases
*Assist in preparing reviews and valuations
*Administrative duties around "deals" being completed
*Banking cheques
*Collating monthly commission records
*Conducting research when required

This organisation really promotes progression from within, and are therefore looking for somebody who is ambitious and keen to develop. This position has actually come about due to the person in the role previously being promoted!

They are ideally looking for somebody who has some office based Administrator experience and is a true team player.

You should be bright and confident in liaising with clients and colleagues at all levels.
