An exciting and well established Global Fashion/Retail Brand is seeking a confident and articulate Customer Services Administrator to join their social and welcoming team. 

Working within their vibrant, knowledgeable and welcoming organisation, this is a great opportunity for those looking for the next step up in their career! Based within their Direct Shipments Team you will be the lynch pin between the Far East and Distributors, daily remit to include:

• Proactively problem-solve to support distributor relationships.
• To become the focal point of Customer Service communication for designated markets.
• Across all product categories manage the flow of goods to support your customer base. Resolving all distribution issues as they arise.

Strong customer service, administrative and MS Office skills are a MUST as is experience within an office environment. A degree and exposure within the industry advantageous but not essential.
