PA with Marketing

A fantastic opportunity for a PA who has a passion for Marketing. An investment management firm based in beautiful offices in the west end are looking for a PA to support Head of Marketing and his team and help coordinate all marketing activity for the company.

You will support the Head of with diary management, meeting scheduling and occasional travel as well as document production and ad hoc tasks. The rest of your time will be spent assisting the fun, friendly team with projects, website updates and coordinating the design and production of marketing material. There’s a real opportunity to mould this role and make it your own!

The ideal candidate will be a graduate with 2+ years PA experience and some exposure to/an interest in Marketing. As you will be pulling together presentations and reports a good level of PowerPoint and Excel is required.
