A leading Insurance firm based in the heart of the City is currently looking to recruit a Senior PA to support two senior board level Directors.  This is a temporary role that is likely to convert to a permanent position, therefore you must be able to start immediately and commit to a permanent position.

You will work well under pressure and enjoy working within a team environment throughout all aspects of the role whilst adhering to high standards of attention to detail.

Your main responsibilities will include diary management, meeting co-ordination, organising multi-stop global travel arrangement, processing expenses, managing a busy inbox and being a seamless gatekeeper for all calls and emails.

The suitable candidate for this position will have a wealth experience gained as a PA, you will have supported more than one senior individual at either global or C-suite or board level.  You will have the ability to work to tight and demanding deadlines within a global professional services environment
