Executive Assistant - Trading Floor

A global investment firm based in the West end seeks an articulate, dynamic and experienced trading floor assistant to support a team of 5 (including an MD) within Global Capital Markets. 

Responsibilities will include:

• Arranging multiple meetings, often back to back, foreseeing clashes to the diary
• Coordinating complex international travel
• Producing detailed travel itineraries, visa arrangements
• Gate-keeping for your team

Hours will be 8:30am - 5:30pm (flexibility required). You must have at least 5 years' experience as an EA, preferably gained on the trading floor / busy hedge fund. Experience organising roadshows will also be looked upon favourably. 

This role is paying up to £50k depending on experience.
