Float EA - Private Equity Firm

ISE are delighted to offer this challenging role, to support within the elite EA float team, working directly with some of the firm’s leading Senior Associates. Floating is an ideal way to get to know this company, and floats are often invited to join a fixed desk in less than 6 months!

You will be an outstanding, unflappable EA, who loves a classic role, and can deal with conflicting demands. It will be important for you to push back, with a smile.

Your ability to build rapport is key – you will be able to liaise with both the most junior and senior members of the company, with equal respect and confident, and will be the sort of person who loves building professional relationships.  The EA team are outstanding, and want a team player.

Preferably, candidates will have at least 5 years' experience working in a fast paced, corporate environment.
