Personable, switched on, resourceful and highly organised PA required to work for the partner of a small but successful Building / Design company. The role would start of as 1 one day a week however is likely to increase to 2 days a week. This person can work remotely from their own home.
The role would include the following:
PA
- Scheduling and managing the Partner’s daily activities (in and out of the office).
- Travel Management.
- Dealing with suppliers
- Preparation and management of client invoicing from time-to-time.
- Maintenance of cash flow and tracking of all banking details required for accountant.
Office Management
Management and coordination of all matters relating to the office in general.
- Implementing new Office Management procedures from scratch, this is a new role so will require total organisation! A great challenge for the right candidate!
- Management / Setting up of IT systems
- CRM database maintenance
- Ordering Office supplies
- Marketing material preparation.
- Mass mailings preparation and execution.
- Budgeting/Finance coordination.
- Compliance management.
- Process supplier invoices & prepare payment
- Dealing with weekly time sheets from temporary workers
- Issuing invoices and making payments.Chasing payment as necessary
