You will be working for one of the fastest growing, up and coming Executive Search companies in the West End. This company is an exciting company with a close-knit, fun and supportive culture. It is an extremely exciting time to be joining as this company have just expanded into the US with future plans to grow even more!!

This is a dynamic role with the scope to expand and grow the administrative / back office team, therefore previous recruitment experience will be favoured. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for growing the back office team, managing the recruitment and on boarding of new staff, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, providing direct support to the partners and consultants, creating and formatting presentations in line with the company branding standards as well as managing all suppliers and contracts including office insurance and mobile phones!

You will also be responsible for the HR within the office. Duties will including managing the on boarding process for new staff, documenting all holidays / annual leave, maintaining employee records, research projects, scheduling reviews and raising contract paperwork.

This is an extremely varied and autonomous role and it is therefore essential that you possess excellent time management skills as well as an eye for process improvement and optimisation. As Operations Manager, you will need to be analytical and have the drive to develop action plans to solve problems or reduce costs.
