My client is a leading tech business based in Central London. They are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to help them with the launch of a new product. The responsibilities of the role include to:
- Respond promptly to all incoming customer requests using the customer support software and helpdesk solution
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Accurately identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate resource, escalating urgent issues in a timely fashion
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve requests
- Work with the Brand Manager to ensure responses stick to the brand identity, and create new responses where appropriate
- Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers, and share findings with internal stakeholders
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
