Our client, a rapidly expanding name in the property sector, is seeking a proactive Facilities Assistant to join the busy team in their SW London based office.

Acting as the first point of contact for any Facilities Management matters, the Facilities Assistant will be tasked with providing a five star Facilities service to the business.

Duties of the Facilities Assistant will include:

*Co-ordinating all Facilities helpdesk requests; ensuring a prompt response
*Ensuring compliance with relevant Health & Safety policies
*Completion of H&S and PPM inspections
*Daily activities to include building opening and closure, postal collections,
setting up of meeting rooms and replenishment of refreshments
*Undertake general administration tasks such as the issuing of car parking cards and
the set up of 'payday drinks'
*Production of reporting as required
*Assisting the Facilities Manager with management of the office environment, liaison
with third party suppliers, meeting & greeting clients, and administration relating
to supplier management and compliance

Facilities Assistant - What we're looking for:

*Previous experience as a Facilities Assistant, or an interest in this area, is
required
*Experience in a customer facing role is also essential
*Strong Microsoft Office skills, in particular a familiarity with using Word and
Excel
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*An ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines
*A diligent individual with a 'no task is too small' attitude
