PART TIME CORPORATE RECEPTIONIST 

Our client is looking for an excellent Corporate Receptionist to join their prestigious company in the City.  It is on a part time basis working only on Thursdays and Fridays but on a permanent contract.  This role is ideal for those who are returning from maternity leave, studying, or those with another steady part time job. 

Your duties will include:

  • Providing first class service when meeting and greeting clients, you will be the first point of contact for the company
  • Booking the various meeting rooms
  • Liaising with Catering and Facilities to make sure meetings and video conferences are set up correctly
  • Making sure that the meeting rooms are kept stock and immaculately clean
  • Dealing with any quires
  • Setting up audio visual and IT equipment for conferences and meetings

Although this is part time, the role as Corporate Receptionist is not to be taken lightly.  This is a fast paced and demanding job that will require the selected Receptionist to be on the ball and be able to go in on each shift on top form.

Previous experience within a corporate environment on the client floor working with managing and booking at least 10 meeting rooms is a must.
