Receptionist - Luxury Goods
Our client, based in the stunning area of Marlebone in amazing stylish offices, currently has a new opening for Receptionist to provide a seamless service to high profile clients and celebrities.
Duties will range from meeting and greeting clients and providing that five star service. Providing refreshments, Ensure meeting rooms are set up and cleared as required. Answering the switchboard and handling calls. Booking meetings rooms using outlook. Ensuring front of house area is tidy at all times. Responding to email enquiries. Handling couriers and deliveries as well as incoming and outgoing post. Booking travel and accommodation. Organising staff events. General admin duties - binding, photocopying, scanning documents. Office management duties - regular liaison with all suppliers. First Aid duties as well as first point of contact for Heath and Safety and Risk Assessments, Fire Drills etc. Admin duties to include researching companies, updating the database, booking global travel and arranging meetings.
This is a fantastic opportunity that you can own and just run with. You need to use your initiative, think outside the box and have a positive attitude at all times with a smile on your face. You will have excellent communication and presentation skills and be a real team player as well as going that extra mile.
