EA to COO

New EA role in working for a global Private Equity firm! This is to support the COO - a real 1:1 role!

As the EA you will be providing full support to the COO and ad hoc support to other team members. You will be an EA who is proactive, on the ball and efficient.  

Our client is looking for an EA with previous experience working in Financial Services. 

EA duties include, but are not limited to:

• Proactive diary, calendar and inbox management 
• Coordinate conference calls, VC calls, board meetings and client meetings 
• Organise all international travel arrangements including flights, visas, transfers and accommodation 
• Using Concur to manage expenses 
• Special projects and ad hoc tasks 
• Provide support to the wider team
