Private PA

This is a once in a life time opportunity for a top level, highly experienced Private PA to support an incredibly busy boss whose life moves at 100 miles and hour.  Based in stunning London offices, you will be responsible for all aspects of their life including:

• Arranging constant and ever changing international travel
• Managing personal schedules including  luxurious family holidays, hotels, limos etc
• Personal shopping and errands
• Liaising with the children’s schools. 

I am looking for someone with bags of energy and common sense who is used to working in an unstructured environment where no two days are the same.  You will need to be incredibly adaptable and always have a plan B up your sleeve.  Ideally you will have 5+ years Private PA experience having worked for a well respected name in music/TV/film or an UHNWI who is always on the go.
