Based in traditional offices you will take the responsibility for administration functions including PA support to the Chairman and CEO, meeting and greeting guests, office management, events and various other duties as well as ad hoc administrative tasks. You will be the first point of contact in the office and will need to be well organised and tech savvy. In this role you must be happy mucking in and doing whatever is needed including tasks such as making tea and coffee!

You will be mature, bright and friendly as well as having strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude. The ideal candidate will be someone who is loyal and looking for a role that they can stay in for many years. This could be a good role for a mother who is wanting to return to work or similar.
