EA to Co Founder and Executive Director ( Charity)

This one to one EA role is extremely busy, demanding and fast moving; the ideal candidate will have had at least 3 years experience of managing a senior Director's diary, booking travel and organising changeable travel itineraries. You will be fundamental in forming relationships with all stakeholders across the global business and someone who is calm, unflappable and proactive in their approach. Furthermore, this role would suit someone who holds good judgement, has good attention to detail and can juggle constantly .

• Meeting scheduling
• Inbox / email management
• organising complex and changing travel schedules
• Manage contacts in the CRM database
• Expense management
• Tracking of tasks and projects
• Ad hoc projects
