A boutique property company in the West End is seeking a well presented, dynamic and enthusiastic Administrator.  The ideal candidate will have at least one year’s office experience, will be dependable, professional, highly organised, proactive, positive and have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.  The role will include database and social media management, filing, dealing with email and phone queries, booking meetings, assisting with events and general correspondence, and the ability to multitask is crucial.  Based in smart offices in the West End, the company has a lovely family feel and there are opportunities for training and progression.  Good Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills are a must.
