We have a fantastic role based on Reception. This is a great opportunity to work as a standalone Receptionist with full responsibility for the phones, greeting clients and the organising the meeting rooms. You will be immaculately presented with a calm demeanour, excellent client facing skills and previous Receptionist experience. The company is a very exciting global investor company.

Responsibilities:

  • Smooth running of the reception area and meeting rooms
  • Meeting and greeting all visitors, booking and preparing meeting rooms including refreshments and lunches
  • Setting up Video Conferences internally and externally
  • Answering the switchboard and dealing with all front desk queries
  • Arranging local and international couriers
  • Preparing expense reports

Requirements:

  • Experience in a professional services environment
  • Confident, positive and outgoing personality, polished and professional appearance
  • Pays attention to detail and be proactive with a flexible approach to work and uses plenty of initiative
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and see it through from start to finish
