We have a fantastic role based on Reception. This is a great opportunity to work as a standalone Receptionist with full responsibility for the phones, greeting clients and the organising the meeting rooms. You will be immaculately presented with a calm demeanour, excellent client facing skills and previous Receptionist experience. The company is a very exciting global investor company.
Responsibilities:
- Smooth running of the reception area and meeting rooms
- Meeting and greeting all visitors, booking and preparing meeting rooms including refreshments and lunches
- Setting up Video Conferences internally and externally
- Answering the switchboard and dealing with all front desk queries
- Arranging local and international couriers
- Preparing expense reports
Requirements:
- Experience in a professional services environment
- Confident, positive and outgoing personality, polished and professional appearance
- Pays attention to detail and be proactive with a flexible approach to work and uses plenty of initiative
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and see it through from start to finish
