HR Administrator for a Global Publishing House.

A Global renowned leading publishing house that represents some of the foremost publications in fashion, beauty & lifestyle amongst a few are now looking for an exceptional HR Administrator to join their busy HR team.

Based in their UK London Head Office, The Human Resources department is looking to recruit an HR Admin Officer to assist in the day-to-day administration of the HR Generalist team.

This exclusive and highly desired position will be responsible for delivering a high level of service to the internal and external HR business client base.

Responsibilities included (but not limited to) are:

  • Employee & Client Support.
  • Answering general staff HR queries.
  • Ensuring that the delivery of support is an effective and accurate support service to the organisation, ensuring documentation that is sent is correct, legal and within a timely manner.
  • Assist the HR department with general admin Ad-hoc requests required for the efficient running of the HR team/department.
  • Working within and meeting agreed SLA’s in order to deliver a high level of service to the business.
  • Completing reference requests for ex-employees.
  • Managing maternity / paternity leave procedures.
  • New starter processing and leaver processes for all members of staff.
  • Dealing with absence administration as and when required.
  • Managing any other employee life-cycle procedures.
  • Liaising with stakeholders at all levels in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensuring all systems and IT Competencies are proficient & up to date for the business.

Qualifications/Education Required

  • Degree Educated
  • Preferably CIPD Qualified or working towards this qualification.
  • 1-2 years Career HR Admin Experience is essential.
  • Very high level of organisation, detail, accuracy and speed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate-Advanced in all Microsoft Office with experience of using IT based HR systems.
  • Excellent manner with the ability to communicate both verbally and in written form at all levels.
  • Ability to juggle multiple deadlines, prioritise workload and demonstrate specific attention to detail.
  • Articulate with an excellent standard of English grammar.
  • Extremely well organised, diligent and an incredibly dedicated work ethic.
  • Well presented and efficient.
  • Ability to liaise at all levels within the organisation as well as with general public enquiries.
  • Flexibility to work the necessary hours to perform the role.
