What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: a team of directors and office coordination

Key duties:

  • Minute taking
  • Preparing meeting printouts & reports weekly
  • Sending weekly welcome emails& testing to candidates
  • Tracking company spending
  • Managing & tracking invoices
  • Scanning/filing paperwork
  • Managing founder's diary - booking in candidates & client meetings
  • Meet and greet candidates
  • Put together client meeting presentationa
  • Compiling stats at the end of each month
  • Look after IT systems (setting up for new starters, be main point of contact for any IT related issues, look after printer, liaise with Op's Manager for desk moves)
  • Manage admin inbox
  • Help put together event goody bags
  • Booking in PRC's to director's diaries
  • Provide adhoc admin support to the whole team
  • Scheduling team meetings & company training
  • Formatting CV's when required
  • Assist with Brand & Events manager's tasks
  • Taking phone calls
  • Administration of weekly mailshots for both C&C and Altus
  • Responsibility of ensuring meeting rooms are kept clean & tidy
