SALES & MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR - Temporary to permanent - £12- £14 an hour - Chiswick, London
We are supporting a small pharmaceutical company in their search for a new person to join their team.
This is a brand new role and the company are looking to recruit a person on a temporary to permanent basis.
Essential
* Experience in an administrative role
* Experience in a small company environment
Desirable
* Experience in an administrative role within a sales/marketing department
* Experience in a pharmaceutical or allied company
Technical Skills and Behaviour's
* IT literate - experience with the Microsoft suite
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and time-management skills
* Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
* Ability to use own initiative, make necessary decisions and be accountable for actions
* Attention to detail
* High degree of literacy and numeracy
* Ability to work unsupervised and as a team member
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
* General administrative support for the sales, marketing and market access teams. Key tasks to include:
o Raising purchase orders and reconciling invoices
o Completing service agreements and confidentiality agreements
o Travel bookings
o Formatting of documents / presentations
o Maintain and monitor team absence records
o Support induction of new employees (collating pre-reading folders, business cards etc)
o Booking couriers
o Visitor support including meeting and greeting guests, arranging parking
o Photocopying / filing
