Project Manager

My client, a Global Executive Search Consultancy based in the West End are seeking an experienced and professional Project Manager to join their team.

A fantastic opportunity for someone to be part of an International and established organisation and get highly involved in projects, which include client and candidate interaction.

All of the Project Management team are responsible for ensuring clients, candidates and colleagues receive 5* administration across all areas of the business. Your duty will be to be the "lynch pin" for the business and support a few consultants within this busy position.

Duties include:
*Represent Project Manager both internally and externally.
*Be a key asset in relation to training and developing junior staff.
*Provide business development support through driving business development activity and managing a consultant's diary.
*Promote sales activity in the team.
*Lead and develop new innovations in within project management and administration.
*Managing vary numbers of projects with different levels of complexity.
*Diary Management for the consultants, arranging all their meetings, lunches etc.

Candidate specification:
*Educated to degree level is essential.
*Friendly & professional.
*Experience within project management and managing multiple projects is essential.
*Experience within PA.
*Experience working with recruitment/executive search desirable but not essential.
*Highly organised and high attention to detail.

Paying up to £30K.
