Exceptional Executive Assistant for a Managing Partner of a Boutique Financial Firm based in Mayfair.

The opportunity has arisen to join a leading independent, Private Boutique Financial Partnership, based in the heart of Mayfair.

My client believe's in providing an an environment in which to excel and enjoy, which they hope will ensure long term commitment to the benefit of both employee and employer.

Good conscientious work will be a pre-requisite of your role which will not go unnoticed by the Partners.

The ideal candidate will be approachable with good communication skills, polite and with an ambition to be part of the long term plan of an exciting business which is set to expand further both in the UK and overseas. 

Working in a fast paced environment at the London Headquarters, you will be supporting this very successful individual in all aspects throughout his various busy schedule.

The successful candidate should be confident working alone as well as within a team, making decisions on behalf of the MD in his absence, and reacting quickly and calmly to an ever-changing environment.

A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience working at a similar level or at Director/Partner level would be preferred.

This role will focus on both business and personal requirements. The ideal candidate will always act in a professional manner with the 'no job is too small’ approach. You will always be ten steps ahead and always prepared and in control.

Based in stunning offices in Mayfair you will be used to multi tasking and getting things done. You will never be bored in this role and you get to work with a lovely sociable office environment with fellow employees.

About you

  • Educated to a Degree standard or A-Levels.
  • Excellent English skills both spoken and written .
  • Able to compose correspondence on the Managing Partners behalf.
  • Take dictation and monitor and respond to emails. With the ability to prioritise.
  • Top eye for detail with excellent proof reading skills.
  • Intelligence, personable and presentable with great forward planning abilities.
  • Ability to assist other members of the team when required.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
  • Typing speed of 60wpm +
