The client is looking for someone young, energetic, hard working and diligent who is looking for a foot in the door to an amazing company while building their skills in Office Management and Personal Assistance.
Duties would include but not limited to
- CEO’S –diary management + ad hoc support to team of 8
- Office manager duties incl orders
- international travel booking
- preparing documents and on screen PowerPoint presentations
- Organising dinners and events
- Editing Word, PowerPoint and PDF documents
- Meeting and greeting guests and serving refreshments.
This role will suit someone who is/has
- Experienced administrator
- Self-starter
- Responsible
- Confident
- Articulate
- Highly organised
- Multi task Attention to detail
- Microsoft Word, Office, PowerPoint skills
