Fantastic new PA role on working for a global firm who are leaders in their industry. This is working within the Financial Services department. We are looking for a PA with solid experience. As the PA you will provide full secretarial and administrative support. 

PA duties include: 

  • Extensive diary management, coordinating internal and external meetings and ensuring appropriate documentation or research is prepared for meetings 
  • Organising travel including flights, accommodation and transfers 
  • Working on bespoke databases, updating client information, recording notes from meetings and or phone calls and generate reports
  • Extensive proofreading of documentation, ensuring grammar and formatting are in line with company policies 
  • Inbox management, answering calls, taking messages,
  • Creating presentations 
  • General support to the wider team 

We are looking for someone who is bright, upbeat, on the ball and extremely efficient. This is a brilliant and reputable firm to work for. This is a busy and demanding role, we need someone with a good attitude who can go in and hit the ground running.
