Team PA - Temp role until October with perm potential

One of our excellent clients based in the City is looking for a Team PA to step in and assist one of their busy teams. This is an award winning investment firm. They have experienced a lot of growth over the last few years and there are excellent opportunities for the long term. They have a flat structure and look for team players who enjoy going out of their way to help. This is a buzzy, fast-paced and social office environment.

This role will see you supporting senior management on one of their teams. Some of the key tasks they require assistance with include diary management, travel arrangements, scheduling and preparation for meetings. You will be happy to assist other teams if required as well as taking on more responsibility in time.

We are looking for someone with PA experience who would like to take the next step building their experience with a fast-paced team. You will be organised and detail oriented. 

This is a temp role that will run until October with the possibility of a permanent position.
