A fabulous opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruiter in prestigious City company with a great name their industry. This a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join a friendly fast paced and modern environment.

We are looking to recruit a confident individual with excellent communication skills, specialising in the recruitment of Office Support and Financial Services staff.

To be successful in this role you will need to be committed, driven, reliable and hardworking with a positive and proactive approach to work.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Working with the existing team to design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Sourcing advertising routes and negotiating best deals, including sourcing local events that can be used as an advertising routes opportunity
  • Being pro-active with advertising current vacancies on social media and job boards / agency liaison
  • Responsible for new starters set up and introduction
  • Processing all recruitment enquiries via various avenues (e.g. telephone, Facebook, website, recruitment, events, agencies etc)
  • Conducting telephone and face to face interviews and follow through as appropriate
  • Ensure the training environment is adequately arranged and provision is in place
  • Ensure you are aware of policies and procedures relating to your role
  • Completing, tracking and updating staff paperwork as required (e.g. DBS, Training etc)
  • Create and ensure staff paper and electronic files are kept up to date
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
  • Any other reasonable duties as delegated by your line manager

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven work experience as a recruiter
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and complete projects within deadline
  • Familiarity recruitment platforms and agency liaison
  • Experience with scheduling and excellent PC skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Passionate about driving recruitment forward
  • Pro- active in your approach
