Globally known prestigious bank, headquartered in Italy have an unmissable opportunity to join their team as a Team Assistant. Their impressive London office is located in Westminster, and you will be supporting 20 traders on the investment banking floor.

This is an on-going temp contract, so candidates must be apply to commit long term.

Duties as Team Assistant will include:

• Overseeing multiple diaries
• Arrange internal and external meetings
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Strong organisational skills
• Handle sensitive information discretely

The client are looking to hold interviews immediately, so ideally you will be immediately available. This is an on-going temp position.
