PA temp cover - Executive Search

This is a temporary cover for 2 weeks at the end of August,

Working for a Boutique Executive Search firm, this is a PA position supporting 3 busy partners.

A busy role which includes diary management, travel organising, reports, scheduling in meetings, interviews, liaising with candidates and clients on behalf of the partners and general administrative support.

To be considered for this temporary role you will have worked as a PA in an Executive Search firm previously. You will also be able to work well under pressure in a busy environment as well as be able to use your own initiative and be proactive.
